Refund policy

Ligglio™ Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  The customer will be responsible for all shipping cost associated with the return. 

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your request is reviewed, you will be provided with a return address along with instructions on how to proceed.

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

If your return is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping address
  • Step-by-step instructions on how to return your item

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

Contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Note: Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to:

  1. Return your original item
  2. Place a new order once your return is accepted

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Items must still meet standard return conditions:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • With proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing

Keep in mind that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.
