Where does your products come from?

We focus on American suppliers, but we have many suppliers all over the world! To keep prices low and quality high, we try to ship directly from our suppliers. Your order might come from the United States, China, Japan, Korea, India or even Canada!

How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

It will take usually between 2-5 business days. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfilment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.

Can you explain the shipping time?

Please review our Shipping Section for a more detailed answer.  Yes, sometimes on international shipments from China you may see six weeks delivery.  However, our shipping is FREE worldwide so patience is appreciated while Ligglio guarantees you will receive your order or your money back.

Why did my order not come all at once?

Remember, we ship from all over the world direct from our suppliers to keep our prices low to you.  If you have more than one item on an order, they may come from different countries.

Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.  Please contact us if you don't receive one within 24 hours.

Which currency will I be charged in?

We processes all orders in Euros but will be switching to USD in 2020. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using Euros at the most current exchange rate.

What if my Item Arrived Damaged?

 We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, products do arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
