Refunds & Returns Policy
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with no damage and still be in new condition.
To complete your return, we need a receipt of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the item is rejected for any reason we will return it to you at your cost of shipment.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method.
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your traded product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $ 75, you should consider using a tracking shipping service or shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All our watches come with a one year guarantee for faulty workmanship or device failure. There is no guarantee on batteries.
